It's time to reserve your spots for Wednesday evenings at the Doubleton Club. Regular games don't require signups, but are much appreciated and help us organize the game so we are able to start on time. If you want a special table or direction, reservations are advised. The game schedule for this month is:
- April 23, 30; May 14, 21, 28 - Regular games
- May 7: STaC (extra fee) - Reservations required!
You all know that a cell phone violation earns you (and your partner) a quarter-board penalty. Did you know that any time an action of yours prevents another pair from playing a board, you may also incur a penalty? Discussing a hand in the hearing of pairs that have not yet played the board is one of those propriety violations. East-West pairs, do not move to the next table still discussing your last hand. North-South pairs, stop discussing the last hand when your new opponents come to the table. It's a violation of proprieties (and the laws), it might earn you a procedural penalty, and ... it's rude.
